Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) continue to be a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Early identification of modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors is crucial for the effective prevention of cardiovascular complications. This article synthesizes findings from three studies: assessment of cardiovascular risk factors in patients with hypertension and cerebral circulatory disorders, evaluation of the prevalence of arterial hypertension among patients with combined dyslipidemia, and investigation of the relationship between peripheral blood flow and autonomic nervous system activity in young women with idiopathic arterial hypotension. The combined analysis highlights the significance of early risk detection, comorbidity management, and individualized therapeutic approaches to improve patient outcomes and reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease.
